BY USING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT  IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IN YOUR POSSESSION.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement describes the conditions under which you may use Smart Bluetooth Marketing ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

1. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned and copyrighted by SmartBluetoothMarketing.com. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

2. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is shareware. You can install it and try for free during an evaluation period of not more than 21 days. After the expiration of 21 days of trial time or earlier you must either register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or otherwise remove it from your computer.

3. The registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. In the case of a "Site License" the SOFTWARE PRODUCT can be used on unlimited number of computers belonging to the same person or company.
The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

4. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

5. You may distribute copies of the evaluation version of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may assume you have our authority to distribute the evaluation, unless we explicitly tell you otherwise. It must, however remain in its original, unmodified state, and all its constituent files must be included. No one may charge for the evaluation product itself, although a reasonable fee for the media used and copying costs is allowable. You may not distribute copies of the licensed version of this product. A licensed copy is defined as one which has been unlocked with a registered name and serial number.

6. Without prejudice to any other rights, SmartBluetoothMarketing.com may terminate this license if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this license. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any subset of the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

8. Any use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELECTING THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE AND (OR) ANY KIND OF DATA DERIVED.

10. Installing and using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

11. If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove the SOFTWARE PRODUCT files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

12. Terms of this license are subject to change in the future releases of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

13. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by SmartBluetoothMarketing.com
